Non-Returnable Items
Due to the favourable pricing of our furniture—most of which is ex-display, out-of-season, or overstock—all sales are final. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless required by law.
Each item is sold as seen and is non-returnable, reflecting the significant discounts offered. These products may show signs of minor wear and tear consistent with showroom or warehouse handling, which will not qualify for a return or refund.
Condition of Goods
Faults or imperfections, if present, will be clearly described and/or photographed in the product listing. Please review all images and descriptions thoroughly before purchase.
We encourage customers to ask any questions or request additional details prior to purchasing, as all items are sold on an "as-is" basis.
Delivery and Collection
All items are available for collection or local delivery, which will be arranged and confirmed through direct message or email.
Once collected or delivered, the item is considered accepted and the sale complete.
All delivery charges must be paid prior to delivering the item and are non-refundable
Platform Compliance
In accordance with Facebook Marketplace and Instagram Shop policies, we are committed to honest, accurate listings and full transparency. All product descriptions and photos are provided to ensure buyers are fully informed prior to purchasing.
If you believe an item was significantly misrepresented, you may be eligible to report the transaction via Facebook’s or Instagram’s resolution systems. We will always cooperate with any formal review process initiated through the platform.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item is not as described, unsafe, or misrepresented, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Any such claims must be supported with photographic evidence and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Please note:
Minor imperfections or cosmetic wear that were clearly detailed in the listing or expected due to the item’s ex-display or overstock status will not qualify for a return.
We are not obligated to accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or colour variations due to screen display.
